We deliver Australia wide, but sorry we do not send internationally.

There is No minimum order.

We offer a freight calculator for your convenience, just enter in your Suburb and Postcode on the View Cart page.
Depending on where you are based, our freight calculator will use either:

  1. Fastway Couriers or
  2. Australia Post

Please see our freight prices below under what are your freight charges?

NOTE: if you have a PO Box then we are forced to use Australia Post, even if you are based in Sydney as someone has to sign for all courier packages.

Orders received by 5pm will be submitted for delivery within three working days.

If your freight looks outrageous when your order comes through to us we will endeavor to find a better way to ship it and charge you accordingly. For any freight inquiries drop me an email. Sadly with petrol prices as high as they are at the moment, freight will remain an issue for us all!

What are your freight charges?What are your freight charges?

We offer a freight calculator for your convenience, This can be viewed at anytime on the View Cart page. You do not have to be logged in or provide your full details. Just enter in your Suburb and Postcode and it will tell you your freight charge. No waiting till the end of the purchase to find out these charges!

Our freight is measured by weight and location. We have worked out a system to offer you very competitive freight rates. We do not add any costs to this freight amount they are the direct costs given to us by our selected freight companies. We have structured our company to separate freight charges from the prices of the actual food products. Providing a transparent cost of the sales of our goods.

Depending on where you are based and the weight of your products, our freight calculator will use either:

  1. Fastway Courier
  2. Fastway Satchels
  3. Australia Post regular satchels
  4. Australia post express satchels (only if selected)

Delivery Times

Delivery times are based on information from Australia Post, and our courier companies;
Orders received by 5pm will be submitted for delivery within three working days.

Please note that these are approximate delivery times only and they cannot be guaranteed.
These times are from when the goods leave the warehouse. For a more in depth delivery chart please see the attached image. 

Can I get free freight?

Orders that are more than $300 will be delivered free of charge within the Sydney Metropolitan Area.

What if i'm not at home when the delivery comes?

If you would like your parcel left at your door please leave a comment when you place your order. Let us know your delivery instructions advising drivers where to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not at home.
However, please be aware that we will then not have any proof of delivery from the driver (in the form of your signature) and so cannot offer any guarantees on the security of delivery.

Are your products certified organic?Are your products certified organic?

Yes, our products are certified organic by a registered Certifying Body, depending on the country of origin. All products are packed under ACO certification number 10321W and is certified to show the bud logo. The only products not certified organic are the salt products.

Each product lists its country of origin and the certifying body, with a link to more information.
E.g. certified organic by ACO.

Are your organic foods all Australian?

We try to source as many of our food products from Australia, not only to support our local communities and keep money in Australia, but also to reduce the food miles and our carbon footprint.

However, not all products can grow in Australia, or aren't available all year round so we also source our organic foods from other counties such as Canada, USA and Turkey.

We always list the country of origin for our products.

Product Refunds

We aim to provide you with the freshest, best quality organic foods. If you are not satisfied with a product please return the remainder of the packet to our postal address, with a short explanation of the problem and we will refund your money in full.

Refunds must be claimed within 14 days from date of purchase. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Organic Road.

How secure is my credit card information?

When you place orders on the website, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Confidential information, such as your address, credit card details and order history, is not stored on the web server but on our own database, which is protected against unauthorised access and administered in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not retain your credit card details once payment is complete.

You will see a padlock icon or a key icon in the lower left or lower right of your browser when you are entering your credit card information to finalise your order.

Gluten Free?

Our products which are labelled as gluten free, are naturally gluten free. This means that the product inself does not contain the protien gluten. Our gluten free products are stored and packaged in the same warehouse as products containing gluten. There may be a very slight chance that contamination may occur. Although the chance of this is unlikely and caution is taken at all times, we would rather ensure that our customers are fully aware of this so they can then make the decision as to whether or not the product is safe for them or not.

Our specials can be veiwed on the Organic Road app. When you order a packet of our product on special we will automatically send you the second packet offered for free. This will show on your emailed invoice & arrive in your delivered box.

What Products Include GST?

Only a few items have GST, these include:

  • Freight
  • Cashews roasted and salted
  • Mixed nuts roasted and salted
  • Macadamia nuts roasted and salted
  • Tamari Almonds
  • Pistachio Roasted
  • Banana Chips
  • Toasted Muesli

The GST amount shows in your shopping cart, and on your order confirmation email.
