We follow each shipment of our Peruvian beans from the highlands, down through Lima onto the boats and straight here. Coffee races through our heritage at a pace - we blend, roast and pack our beans in ways that keep them fresher, friskier and refreshingly untamed.
The growers in Peru are genuinely committed to producing high quality coffee. Given the variety in topography and soils and the length of the country there are many different great characteristics found in the coffee from Peru. When buying our coffee from Peru we look for coffees that are flavourful, aromatic and gentle, with mild acidity.
