Sister's Organic Sweet Quinoa

Place quinoa into a sauce pan with honey and boiling water.

Cover and cook over low heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the liquid has been absorbed.

Fluff the quinoa with a fork, then cover again and remove from the heat.

Allow to sit for 10 minutes, then add ground cinnamon, orange zest, currants, toasted pecans and segments of peeled oranges. Toss to combine.

A versatile dish to have at breakfast with yoghurt and french toast, or serve as a salad with a steak for dinner.
